This development is a boutique project that offers rural residential house lots that are in high demand for the area. It adjoins existing low density residential in a tightly held area with existing infrastructure already in place.
The Lake development will be situated on a 261,000m2 (26.1 Ha) site in Caboolture, approximately 49km north of Brisbane. It offers an excellent opportunity to develop residential properties to accomodate Moreton Bay Regional Council’s and Caboolture’s rapidly growing population.
Caboolture has been identified as one of Queensland’s biggest growth centres, with the population expected to grow by 50 per cent by 2031. Under the Moreton Bay Regional Council Planning Scheme, significant tracks of land are in the process of planning and development ‘‘transition’’.
