Adam is a highly qualified and experienced civil engineer with over $700 million of engineering projects to his credit and is the director, founder and owner of ADPEN.  Adam has completed over a dozen successful property developments to date.

As an engineer Adam has developed strong financial and analytic skills having personally managed engineering projects for some of the biggest private construction companies in Queensland like BMD and Golding, and as a developer Adam has taken those skills and finely honed them to oversee the delivery of 100’s of millions of his own development projects. Adam has taken those skills and finely honed them to the specific task of maximising returns from expert research and delivery.

Adam has a Bachelor of Civil Engineering with first class honours and a diploma of professional practice.
