Project Overview

The Morayfield Marketplace development is situated on a sub-arterial road in Morayfield, approximately 45km north of Brisbane.

The site is 37, 700m2 (3.77 Ha), with a total road frontage of 161m.

Adpen intends for the site to be developed into residential and include 150 place Childcare and swimschool + 80 residential lots.

Morayfield has been targeted for development due to its dramatic transformation from semi-rural to medium density housing. Major land developers in and around Morayfield are in the process of transforming the area, and are set to add 20,000 new homes over the next decade.

An Economics Needs Assessment has been prepared by Location IQ, Australia’s leading statistical and demographic data research company. This report has confirmed that the commercial development is viable and will meet the demands of Morayfield’s fast growing population.
