Project Overview
The Hauton Childcare development is situated in Burpengary, approximately 40km north of Brisbane and adjacent to Burpengary Meadows State School
Adpen is delivering a 120 place Childcare Centre for the community.
Burpengary has been targeted due to its dramatic transformation from semi-rural to medium density housing. Major land developers like Stockland are delivering homes for young families nearby and there is a huge demand for new amenities like our childcare centre.
Significant interest from childcare operators has proven the economic need and viability for our new childcare centre in this area.
