Bridgeman Downs has been targeted for development due to its ongoing transition into medium density housing. Traffic analysis indicates that 25,000 vehicles pass the proposed development site daily. This will likely increase, as the main trade area population is forecasted to increase by 4,000 by 2031.
Location IQ, Australia’s leading statistical and demographic data research firm, have completed an Economic Needs Assessment for the project. This report has confirmed that the commercial development is viable and has determined the best mix of tenancies for the development.
